Financing Innovations Regarding Private Regional Airlines: CE Case Study

Regional airlines is an important part of aviation transportation system,is an important momentum for further economic development,The regional aviation is the airline network capillaries,with China's economic development level and the improvement of people's living standards,the importance of regional aviation is more and more prominent.The regional airline development will directly determine the regional aviation network can achieve unobstructed accessibility,and providing a reference for other private regional airlines in financing decisions.This article studying the topic of financing innovation,using both literature research and case research approaches.First analyzes the factors constraining the development of regional aviation,and pointed out that the major restricting the financing of the formation of regional aviation;secondly discusses the main mode of regional airline financing at present,and the main existing financing mode are analyzed,and put forward the main problems of the current financing mode;thirdly,according to the previous research theories the proposed corporate bonds,ABS,IPO these three kinds of possible innovative financing mode,and the CE aircraft as an example,analyzes the basic situation of CE airlines,the current financing mode,financing needs,analysis of the issuing of bonds issued ABS,IPO these three modes of application and CE company respectively,there may be a problem and finally,the difficulties;through benchmarking analysis,the issue of the ABS financing path is the optimal solution and conclusion,put forward the financing path applied to other private regional airline The main problems and obstacles of our feasibility and needs.This paper trying to answer the question of private-regional-airlines' financing innovation,and providing a new approach,which crediting some sort of practical value.
