In recent years, with the increase of global communication and the coming of information era, showing a trend of integration of the development of world economy. The early 21st century, China’s civil aviation industry is facing many challenges of the new shocks, which also contributed to the reform of the civil aviation industry, several major aviation Group combination, give full play to their advantages on the basis of, and actively promote the reform and innovation of enterprises and to seize the market share in most markets. Then, with the rise and development of private aviation, a dominant situation is broken, in addition, with the national policy support the development of private aviation, private aviation ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity, through brand strategy, low-cost strategy and multi-strategy, private aviation increasingly recognized by consumers, and gradually grow and develop. In addition, with the development of traditional transportation, passengers have more choices, and many private airlines increased market share, but this to the traditional air transport enterprise development caused a huge impact. In the private aviation development and the impact of the development of SC Airlines has also been a great impact, and the emergence of many new issues. Therefore, as a traditional air transport companies, in order to improve their market competitiveness and overall strength, must be combined with the basic situation of enterprises, the development of strategic development and realistic guidance through policy, to improve their market share, so as to effectively promote development of enterprises. In addition, in response to the impact of low-cost airlines, must be combined with market development and customer needs development strategy, so that enterprises in competitive unbeaten status.This paper, taking the SC airlines co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as SC air), as the research object, focuses on the strategic choice of cheap airlines impacted by SC airlines and the development direction. Through the SWOT analysis method, analyzes the SC airlines from overall internal environment and external environment, and combined with QSPM evaluation system, formulate the development strategy of SC airlines. In addition, in this paper, based on the theory of strategic development to shut, analyzes the strategic goals for the development of the company, and on this basis, put forward the development strategy of SC airlines and coping strategies. The research method, this paper combine qualitative study and quantitative study method. On the specific development strategy and tactics, this paper points out that should improve enterprise’s capacity for independent innovation, improved product promotion and marketing; Strengthening the concept of service, attaches great importance to the customers’ opinions and suggestions; Actively promote the brand construction and improve enterprise’s popularity; Use of regional resources, and form a mutual support between trunk network. At the same time, the low price strategy to cope with budget airlines, also must constantly development of the enterprise to reduce costs, improve enterprise’s earnings, and introducing modern sales methods, science and technology, in the enterprise to create a good cultural atmosphere, thus pushing the long-term development of the SC airlines.
