Crowdsourcing is based on the popularity of the Internet,the user awareness level,as well as business innovation and other needs arising from the background.The essence of crowdsourcing activities is actually the interaction and creation of knowledge,and the interaction and creation of knowledge is mainly influenced by the level of user's cognition.Therefore,how to improve the user's Internet self-efficacy,so as to promote the creation of knowledge is the main content of this study.Based on the theory of open innovation,social cognition and service dominant logic,this paper focuses on the influence of Internet self-efficacy on the knowledge creation behavior of crowdsourcing activities,constructs the relevant conceptual model and makes an empirical analysis.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,based on the perspective of social cognitive theory,this paper constructs the conceptual model of Internet self-efficacy affecting knowledge sharing and crowdsourcing performance.Most of the tasks in the package are based on the online completion of the Internet as a necessary tool to complete the task,the user's ability to use the Internet to create knowledge and crowdsourcing performance has an important role.In this study,239 valid questionnaires were collected in the form of crowdsourcing package,and the conceptual model of this paper was tested according to the recovery data.The results show that the self-efficacy of the Internet has a positive effect on the knowledge creation and the performance of the crowdsourcing.The relationship between knowledge sharing and the performance of the common package is positive and significant.At the same time,the knowledge creation is between the Internet self-Play apart of the intermediary role.Secondly,from the perspective of task complexity,the relationship between Internet self-efficacy and knowledge creation is discussed.Through the classification of the collected questionnaire,it is divided into two groups:high task complex and low task complexity.The results are analyzed by using the curve estimation in SPSS.The results show that the high task complexity plays a positive role in the relationship between Internet self-efficacy and knowledge creation.The low task complexity plays a negative role in the relationship between Internet self-efficacy and knowledge creation.Finally,this paper describes the case study of Alibaba Group under Alibaba Group.Based on the theory of crowdsourcing,this paper explores the crowdsourcing process of the platform,and through the success of the platform,the project combines the Internet self-efficacy and knowledge Descriptive analysis,the above two theories in the actual situation which will help the relevant research scholars understand.The results of this study can provide practical guidance for the crowdsourcing platform and the contractor,which can promote the user's knowledge creation in crowdsourcing activities by providing training or knowledge to the users in order to improve the user's self-efficacy.Self-efficacy,to match some of the more appropriate tasks,thereby improving the task of the pass rate and completion rate.
