Innovation has always been the business focus of enterprises,enterprises usually rely on internal R&D personnel for innovation,but in the increasingly competitive environment,enterprises are increasingly eager to use the Internet and the wisdom of the masses to improve the innovation ability,so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Crowdsourcing,a brand new e-commerce business model,emerges at the right moment.Crowdsourcing platform outsources the original work tasks of enterprises or institutions to the public via the Internet,the answerer completes the answer of the task within a specified time,and the publisher selects one or more winners.Crowdsourcing platform can help enterprises or institutions to save a lot of time and capital.With the increasingly mature network technology,many enterprises are more and more inclined to use network resources to design corporate strategies."Markup delay" is a competition mechanism of crowdsourcing platform,which has an impact on the management efficiency of platform operators,the optimal scheme of the employer and the participation behavior of the contractor.Based on the data of "EPKE" crowdsourcing platform and the empirical method of propensity score matching,this paper studied the influence of "markup delay" on task participation in the crowdsourcing platform after controlling the deviation of self-selection.The results show that:first of all,"markup delay" can significantly increase the number of views and attention of the task;Secondly,with different task types,the impact of the markup delay on task participation is stronger.Finally,under different reward ways,the effect of "increase delay" on task participation is also different.This paper explains the comprehensive effect of "markup delay" on task participation in crowd-sourcing platform,which plays a guiding role in crowd-sourcing competition. |
