Study On The Development Of The Wine Industry In ChangLi County

In recent years,China's various types of wine products,whether in production or level,have already gained a place in the world.But in contrast to liquor and beer,wine production or consumption levels in China are at a lower level.With the improvement of domestic consumers' income level and the enhancement of food safety,health and health care,traditional drinking habits are expected to change gradually.Wine has the effect of preventing atherosclerosis,health care,beauty and other effects,so the wine industry has a huge market potential.Qinhuangdao Changli County has a unique natural climate and geographical conditions and a good development of the wine industry's industrial base advantages,therefore,vigorously develop the wine industry,not only can make a lot of wine grapes can be transformed to increase the value-added products,increase the income of farmers at the same time To meet the diversity of consumer demand,more importantly,the development of the wine industry cluster to adjust the agricultural structure of Changli County,increase agricultural efficiency and promote the development of county economy is of great significance.This paper firstly reviewed the research status both in domestic and abroad about industry cluster and wine industry development.Then applying Scope Economic Theory,Industry Relevance Theory,Transaction Cost Theory,Industry Cluster Theory and Economic Radiation Theory as the theoretical basis,this paper elaborated development status,the problems and the reasons in the process of Changli wine industry development by using Documentary Research Method,Investigation Method and Statistical Analysis Method.The paper scientifically developed a cultivation and development strategic planning of Changli wine industry cluster by drawing lessons from important wine producing area both in domestic and abroad such as France,Germany,the United States,Penglai of Shandong province and Huailai of Hebei province.And then,according to the actual problems existing in Changli wine industry development,the paper put forward Changli wine industry development framework,specific policies,measures and suggestion,which are exploring ways to improve the quality of raw materials by focusing on competitive products planting and promote new products,steadying wine production base's acreage,promoting the chateaus' development by integration wine enterprises,driving the development of tourism services by constantly enrich industry cluster's supporting construction such as infrastructure,human resources and industry polices,creating a good development environment for wine industry cluster,exploring innovative approaches for wine industry cluster from the aspects of development mode and cultural creation to fulfill the aim of sustainable development.The aim of this study is to provide strategic thinking for a benign and healthy development of ChangLi wine industry by analyzing the status of ChangLi wine industry and finding out the problems which is restricting its development.
