The The Research On Green GDP Accounting Methods Base On The Emergy Analysis Method

Compared with the traditional GDP accounting method,the green GDP accounting can not only reflect the real growth of social wealth,but also can describe the relationship between ecological system and economic system.On the basis of the green GDP accounting,it is necessary to change the blind pursuit of GDP growth concept and improve the traditional GDP accounting methods,making it an indispensable part of the sustainable development strategy.But in the current green GDP accounting system,statistics and calculation of environmental resources and environmental damage is always a difficult problem in the measurement of green GDP,using a new scientific measure of energy value and corresponding energy conversion,energy and material conversion can be a variety of different types of flow and storage in eco economic system the unified standards and units of the solar value,so that people can put a good ecological environment resources measurement and national economic accounting organically.Based on the existing domestic and foreign green GDP accounting system,based on emergy index analysis based on Hunan city of Zhuzhou province energy utilization were analyzed and calculated in Hunan city of Zhuzhou province 2009-2013 green GDP.In the energy value index analysis,after comparing with the existing regional indicators,it is concluded that the development of eco economic system in Zhuzhou mainly rely on natural resources in the region,and the environmental pressure is relatively large.Although there has been improvement,there is still a big gap between the developed countries and regions.In the green GDP accounting in Zhuzhou city in 2009-2013 annual resource loss cost accounting for 19%-21%of GDP;environmental cost accounting for GDP 8%?10%.After accounting green GDP is 1.85×1010?3.58×1010 U.S.dollars,accounting for 72%?65%of GDP.Zhuzhou City,GDP has 27%?31%is to sacrifice the resources and environment.Through the green GDP accounting in Zhuzhou City,Zhuzhou City,the value of economic activities in the process of damage to the environment,as well as the natural ecological system to provide more than a year of service benefits for intuitive performance.The government is conducive to accurately grasp the state and changes of economic production and the environment,for the government to develop the resources and environment,economic and social sustainable development strategy provides an important scientific basis and verified using emergy method to build the green GDP accounting system the rationality,feasibility and operability.
