| The continuous improvement of the level of science and technology and the increasingly fierce competition in the textile industry have brought tremendous pressure to the survival and development of China's textile enterprises.In order to cope with the complex and changeable business environment of textile industry,enterprises must reduce the cost of line operation through independent innovation and scientific management to improve quality and efficiency.Therefore,the paper combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study the lean production management of QS textile companyFirst of all,the paper expounds the significance and purpose of lean production management.Based on the analysis of the related papers of lean production management,this paper puts forward the research contents and the general ideas of lean production management of QS textile company.Then the paper analyzes the role and trend of lean production management in textile company,according to the main problems existing in QS company lean production management to build textile company mainly lean production management framework which includes the internal logistics system,standardized operation,automation,punctuality and so on.Main problems of QS company's lean production management are as follows: the plane layout of the lean production management is unreasonable,the production lines are linear type,the forklift route duplication cause the transportation to be impeded,poor logistics informationization degree,the man.machine operation is not coordinated and early warning system is unscientific.This paper analyzes the lean production management of QS textile company on the internal logistics system,standardization,automation and punctuality to.We especially focus on the optimization of plane layout using the dynamic SLP method,and put forward the corresponding methods and measures for lean production management of QS textile company to ensure the success of lean production management of QS textile company. |
