The next few years,China's natural gas industry in the face of challenges and usher in new opportunities for development.A revolution in energy production and consumption will further stimulate demand for natural gas,the new urbanization provides a new impetus to the development of the stock of resources,abundant natural gas production to provide protection,the international natural gas supply gradually overall easing of oil and gas system to speed up the pace of reform.However,the development of natural gas industry will face many challenges,a substantial increase in natural gas consumption is difficult,domestic natural gas exploration investment is obviously insufficient,infrastructure construction tasks,pipeline protection work more difficult.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance,the basic framework and research methods.The second chapter is the theory of enterprise strategy management review and research foundation,first analyzes the meaning of enterprise strategy and strategic management,and then expounds the theory of enterprise strategy management,and then summarizes the methods and tools of strategic analysis,finally summarized the domestic research on the development strategy of natural gas enterprise,which lays a theoretical foundation for later.The third chapter is the management status of STRQ company and the existing problems,first,comprehensively analyzes the status of the operation,STRQ group second,analyzed the existing problems in the management of STRQ group company,third,analyzes the causes of these problems.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the business environment,STRQ group first,analyzes the macro environment of the STRQ group of companies,including political,economic,social and technical environment analysis,second,analysis of the STRQ group of the industry environment,including suppliers,buyers,competitors,substitutes for the analysis,third,analysis of the STRQ group the company's resources,and corporate culture,fourth,by SWOT analysis of STRQ group company facing opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.The fifth chapter is the STRQ group of vertical integration strategy,first,analyzes the STRQ company's mission,vision and strategic goals,second,made a vertical integration strategy of STRQ group's choice,third,analysis of the path to the implementation of vertical integration strategy.The sixth chapter is the vertical integration strategy of STRQ group company's implementation and guarantee,firstly analyzes the key points of the implementation of vertical integration strategy,then put forward the guarantee measures for implementation of the strategy,including improving financial resource support capacity,optimize the human resourcesmanagement system,provided the level of technological innovation of company internal control level and promote the company.The research of this paper is helpful not only to the STRQ group company to integrate resources effectively,but also to guide the development of the company,to help the company to adapt to the change of the environment,and also to the development of the whole industry.
