Entering 2016,the economic globalization is particularly obvious,economic competition is toward intensification,the trend of internationalization development.The increasing deterioration of the economic environment become the private enterprises facing the current problems,as hope for the long-term development of private enterprise,must consider the human capital will affect a large part of the future earnings.But,at present our country private enterprise management system,obtain and make use of human resources,it is becoming a difficult problem in development of private enterprises.The current private enterprises,facing talent scarcity to trouble,to achieve goals,to promote the development of enterprises must be internally to establish a scientific and reasonable wages,good treatment to retain the best talent,but want to make all employees of private enterprises in creative,work enthusiasm,initiative,for private enterprises in our country,must be based on the basic national conditions of our country,at the same time to establish a scientific and reasonable incentive constraint mechanism,thus to improve the utilization ratio of human,so that the private enterprises in our country is full of vigor and vitality.Equity incentive,this is a very effective business strategy,in the west is widely used in enterprise’s human resources management,referred to as the enterprises "golden handcuffs" to give the best people,enterprises can not only relieve the owner or by means of equity incentive the contradiction between shareholders and management,also can maximum limit retained excellent talents for the enterprise,can through this way to stimulate staff’s work initiatives and creativity,and enthusiasm.Based on DH group company as the research object,this paper use the empirical analysis,found the company incentive object scope narrow,the core staff incentive is too small,incentives from the company’s business objectives and personal assessment practice,also on the understanding of motivation is insufficient,even differences,lead to enterprise staff liquidity is large,key personnel and management personnel,increasing the turnover rate of skilled workers,staff lack of initiative,also affects the work efficiency.Widely collecting research data in the process of study,using literature research,the domestic and foreign scholars did a lot of achievements in equity incentive related analysis,on the basis of combing the existing research results,a comprehensive review of principal-agent,corporate governance,equity incentive and relevant theory,to provide theoretical reference for further research.Using questionnaire survey method,in view of the equity incentive to build the index system of each factors set up related issues.Through the form of a questionnaire survey for the owner,management status and equity incentive for incentive evaluation of firsthand material.Finally by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.Evaluation into the specific indicators of equity incentive,apply to the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,can determine the weight of each index,step by step through the combination of qualitative and quantitative,of equity incentive for DH group company will provide a scientific basis for the design,make the research of the specific operation process has more scientific.Through the DH group company human resources situation,the current situation,the analysis of the problems existing in the incentive combination DH group co.,LTD.Clear property right structure,scientific governance structure,performance appraisal system is relatively complete transparent internal conditions,financial management system,put forward DH group company total equity incentive plan design ideas and design principles,to determine the equity incentive object,time limit;Design of DH company equity incentive mode,profit sharing incentives and old employee qualification registration incentives;Clear DH group company equity incentive mode selection process,formulation of "DH group company equity incentive management system" and "stock grants and line right system".
