With the wide application of 4G communication technology and Internet technology,the traditional operators gradually have been the edge of information technology.Big data era,manufacturing,consumption,information and other industries are facing a big change in the overall industry chain,the communication industry is no exception,the three operators have lost the leadership position of information technology.Operators of traditional business is difficult to achieve rapid growth,the pipeline trend is obvious.Internet related business,such as large data applications,cloud computing VR,live,networking and other technology development with each passing day,but operators in the Internet business is not.Operators to expand the Internet market has a good foundation.With the development of the Internet,people have to accept the electronic commerce,Internet plus business model in the way of life and work,provides a good opportunity for operators to change the traditional mode.Operators of customer information value of the application of the value of the depth and breadth is still far from enough.In the use of information,operators are still stuck in the province,the city as a unit of simple behavior analysis,business promotion or maintenance,not the integration of other industries,commercial applications.The goal of this thesis is to study the operator business model based on the application of large data,on the basis of social and economic development at the present stage,the new situation of open operation of the communications industry,improve the overall efficiency of social economy and operators.This article uses the literature research method,the research method,the comparative analysis method to carry on the related research and analysis.Firstly,through systematic research of communication operators of e-business models and analysis,found that the current business model has the advantages of large scale,customer customer information and reliable brand image,user behavior has gradually formed and perfected e-commerce industry chain.But the complexity of the product is not suitable for the electronic business model,the degree of openness is low,it is difficult to form a radiation effect.Secondly,based on the analysis of customer's consumption behavior model,this model is put forward,which is based on the customer as the center.Namely,the communication operators on the basis of the establishment of a large data warehouse,the traditional business model to carry out the mode of optimization and innovation.The mode of "internal direct application","internal mining innovation" mode,"the application of external integration" mode,"infrastructure services" model.Operators can be based on a large data warehouse platform,while providing data to the cloud storage operator customers,while ensuring the information security of user data,combined with the "infrastructure services" business mode and other three kinds of business models in quantitative and qualitative data assets on the basis of expanding the business model do fusion the.In the optimization of the business model is to ensure that the implementation of customer participation,the need to tap the potential users and guide,with interactive customer relationship system management customer information.The two is to ensure a fair and open platform,not only to ensure the development of operators platform ability,ability to focus on open,including cyber source open,open market business products,customer service and operational data support.Three is to improve the current product system,to coordinate the proportion of different grades of products,increase the development of the application of life,improve the difference of competition.Four is to carry out the user community management.Five is to improve the way of profit,including the adjustment of fees,a variety of modes of charge.The operators in the big data operation successful case,systematically analyzed how communication operators with existing data resources,by improving the existing data platform or construction of new operating platform,with the
