In recent years,China's economic development process is very fast,but with the rapid development of economy,environmental destruction and resource shortage is becoming more and more serious,balanced economic development and environmental protection has become an important mission for the current.All kinds of agricultural production conditions are to use of resources and the environment,on the one hand,the development of agriculture depends on the soil and climate conditions,and affected by the environment;on the other hand in the process of agricultural production and the pollution will cause a great impact on the environment and ecological resources.Although fertilizer on grain yield increase has extremely important role,but will also bring serious pollution to the ecological environment,therefore,fertilizer is a double-edged sword,the best amount of research on the environmental cost under the constraint of fertilizer is very meaningful.Study on the comprehensive use of agricultural economics,agricultural ecology,environmental economics,ecological economics and other disciplines,using literature analysis method to collect documents,Monographs on the theory are summarized,and the research method to collect data from the Zhumadian Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau,Zhumadian Municipal Bureau of agriculture,to calculate the pollutant dose,through empirical analysis method to analyze the relationship between fertilizer and grain output in Zhumadian City,lay the foundation for the following analysis calculation.Firstly,this paper defines the definition of agricultural chemical fertilizer,environmental cost,energy and excess,and analyzes the application of externality theory,emergy analysis theory,environmental value theory and marginal cost theory in this paper.Then,the present situation of the application of chemical fertilizer in Zhumadian was described from the total investment,the intensity of application and the structure of application.Then the introduction of external environmental costs,environmental pollution caused by agricultural fertilizer is described,and the agricultural environmental costs of the various evaluation methods including direct market method,alternative market method,willingness to pay method and energy analysis method,and determine theselection of emergy analysis by the method of screening the external influence,quantitative physical effects,monetization,influence with the total loss of external environment four steps to calculate external environmental cost of chemical fertilizer in Zhumadian City,the estimation results.Finally,using the theory of marginal cost,calculation of chemical fertilizer on grain yield of Zhumadian City,the maximum economic benefit,ecological benefits of the best,it makes a comparative analysis of the specific value,to solve this problem the best fertilizer inputs.Through specific data analysis,obtained in Zhumadian City,a large excess of fertilizer in three main conclusions of the influence of external environment,recognize the cost of grain production in the fertilizer is not reasonable investment in agricultural production,and on the basis of the importance of environmental cost in agricultural production,the development of alternative green agricultural inputs,cultivating modern agricultural talents,increase agricultural product added the value of such suggestions.
