The Impact Of Family Social Capital On The Income Of Urban Residents In Jiangsu Province

Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development,remarkable achievements,a substantial increase in people's living standards.As one of the developed provinces in the eastern coastal areas of Jiangsu Province,the achievement of economic development is obvious.In recent years,with the phenomenon of high economic growth in Jiangsu Province,the income inequality of urban residents is still obvious.In twentieth Century,after 80 years,the theory of social capital have received wide attention in academic circles,social capital is regarded as the third largest capital after the material capital and human capital,social capital and social capital in macro social research as the core and the micro individual as the core of the analysis on economic and social phenomenon in the use of more.The effect of social capital on individual income by more and more scholars pay attention to.Study on the present income gap is mostly concentrated in the macro policy system,labor market segmentation and the micro individual perspective of human capital and social capital,especially for the micro effects of family social capital on the income of urban residents is relatively small,so it is important to study from the perspective of social capital and family social capital impact on individual income.This research follows the paradigm from theory to practice,using literature data,survey method,empirical analysis method,based on the research of related literature,the urban residents in Jiangsu province the relationship between social capital and family income survey data,the family social capital is divided into two dimensions of parents' social status and family network capital,application of reliability analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to measure and analysis of Jiangsu province family social capital.The empirical research shows that:the parents' social status and family network capital is positively correlated with the income of urban residents in Jiangsu Province,of which the family network capital impact is more significant;in addition,the control variables of human capital education,work experience and as population characteristics have an important influence on gender income.The results of this study can provide some enlightenment for the improvement of individual income of urban residents in Jiangsu Province in the future.Family social capital has an important impact on the income of urban residents in Jiangsu Province,and the intergenerational transmission of parental social level and family network capital will affect their children's social level and income.Therefore,this study suggests that the income of urban residents in Jiangsu province is relatively low,should first improve the level of education,good human capital investment is to increase the income of the foundation;and in improving the human capital investment at the same time,enrich their social capital and social network,by strengthening the social capital investment to increase income;and has higher the income of urban residents in Jiangsu Province,should maintain and expand social capital network scale,to further increase revenue.On the whole,when other conditions are unchanged,the improvement of family social capital investment will help to further improve the income level of urban residents in Jiangsu province.
