| Electricity industry is one of the fundamental energy in the national economic development and is closely related to the national economy and people’s livelihood. With scheme of electric power system reform issued, electricity system further reformed and increasingly competitive market competition. Electricity corporation’s internal management,external operation and the opinion of the corporation’s management are faced with severe test.So the electricity corporations has to further management innovation, and carry out a series of reformation following the requirements of modern corporation systems in order to make a new breakthrough and realize the sustainable development.LT electricity corporation has just used performance assessment recently. It doesn’t improve the assessment system from promoting corporation performance point of view.Recently the main goal of the assessment is located in planning equal bonus distribution system. Although this kind of assessment can inspire the employees, this orientation does not agree with modern management concept. So under the situation of further reformation, how to research the performance assessment, how to locate the main goal of performance assessment, how to learn from recent management concept and measures are the major theory subjects of realizing LT electricity corporation’s management goal.This paper is intended to study one corporation case named LT electricity corporation in order to state the connotation of performance assessment management and analyze the problems and causes of this performance assessment system. Employing the theory and practice home and abroad, this paper comes up with the construction of the performance assessment management system of LT corporation, including design principle of performance assessment management system, purpose and function of design, key factor and content. And finally this paper constructs guarantee system of performance assessment management system including five parts of guarantee: operation principle guarantee, organization guarantee and so on. So as to promote the performance assessment management system of this corporation and give lessons to our national electricity corporations making them adjust to marketizing reformation and improve management level and ability entirely. |
