As the outcome of the second industrial revolution,power supply companies have become the primary unit of the national economy.Due to the power market develop quickly and variational demand,and the aim to protect enterprises,users and investors’s legitimate rights,and guarantee the national power industry realize steady development,our country has began to carry out steadily and in-deeply the market-oriented reform of the power industry.The power supply company use the method of optimizing the human resource management to improve the overall efficiency of the company,and achieve the improvement of the company’s income and the steady and rapid development of all aspects.Because of the special production and management methods of power supply companies,formed his unique comprehensive management model,and it also affects the direction and specific content of the power supply company’s work in human resource management,which further determines the power supply company’s own special and typical performance Management content and process.However,due to the characteristics of monopoly industry of electric power enterprises,their performance management is carried out under the requirements of economic system reform,so the current electric power enterprises are still in the stage of extensive performance management,affected by the old ideas in the past,the implementation of performance management has been relatively slow,and the effect is weak.Therefore,optimizing and strengthening performance management is the most importance thing for the electric power.DL Power Supply Company,founded in 1991,has the characteristics of a state-owned enterprise in terms of operation and development.The performance management of units at all levels of the company is still immature,especially the lack of in-depth research on the performance management system of grass-roots employees.According to our national electric power system present situation,this paper finally make sure the research object which is the electricity charge center of DL Power Supply Company,and the electricity charge center team of DL Power Supply Company as the research subject,and conducts in-depth research and discussion on the related issues of the performance management system of the electricity charge center team.By DL power supply company electricity center,the introduction of related work,and the basic situation of the accounting team and electricity inspection team performance management present situation analysis of the current DL power supply company electricity center team performance management in the analysis of existing problems,finally bring forward the optimization scheme of team performance management system in order to solve the existing problems of the internal operation and management.Through data analysis and interview,we can find that the main problems existing in the performance management of electric charge center team of DL power Supply Company are:difficulty in collecting performance information,outdated performance index design not updated,lack of effective communication and feedback mechanism.This paper analyzes the actual work content,performance management process and current assessment system of electricity charge central team of DL Power Supply Company,and analyzes the causes of its problems by combining relevant theories of performance management system,key performance indicator method and 360-degree assessment method.Optimization countermeasures are proposed in terms of organization,process and system centering on management elements such as internal environment,information collection,performance assessment indicators and personnel communication.First,management responsibilities and norms are clarified and performance information collection management process is improved to improve the efficiency of performance information collection and improve the problems of poor performance information collection.Second,Second,take the accounting team and the electricity inspection team of the electricity center as an example,flexibly use the key performance indicator assessment method and 360-degree performance assessment method to optimize and improve the performance assessment indicators of the team,fundamentally solve the problem that the performance assessment indicators are management system,we conduct deeply research and analysis under the background of the perspective of the center and company’s future development.We can get the research results which include universality and particularity effects,not only can better solve the DL problems in power supply company electricity center team performance management system,to strengthen the DL power supply company electricity center team personnel training,business development plays an important role,meanwhile,power supply enterprise’s have good reference to solve other similar problems.
