Study Of Optimization Of Internal Financial Control For X Company

With development of more than thirty years of reforming and opening up,Chinese private enterprises also got highly growth during this period.While with the rapid development of economic globalization and the Internet,innovation of payment mold,these private companies are growing under more complex circumstance and facing more and more potential risks and uncertainty.With this situation,excellent management system,completed financial management and internal control system are such significant for a company to improve the risk prevention capability,reduce losses and ensure reliability and safety of the capital operation,and improve management efficiency.Based on study of company internal control and financial internal control theory,and with physical truth of X Company,I analyzed the problems and root causes of internal financial control system for X Company with the method of case analysis and observation.I also demonstrated the importance of good financial management for internal control system.At last,I proposed utilization plan for X Company to build up completed and effective internal financial control system which to be stable foundation for long-term development.
