The author mainly studies the spatial pattern and influencing factors of development of the specialized markets in our country in this thesis.Firstly,the author reviews the definition,types,origin,spatial pattern,and influencing factors of the development.The spatial analysis is introduced briefly.Secondly,this thesis analyzes its development process which is divided into four periods,creation stage,growth stage,mature stage,transformation and upgrading stage.Based on the quantity of markets and stall,selling area,turn volume,the author compares all kinds of specialized markets,analyzes the growth rate using of the statistical data from 2005 to 2014,forecasts the development trend of specialized markets,large scale,internationalization,implementing brand strategy.Thirdly,by use of mean difference,standard deviation,range,coefficient of variation and Theil's Entropy of turn volume and location entropy,the results show that the difference of development of the specialized markets in the whole country is increasing,trending to unbalance.The results of the location entropy of turn volume of the specialized markets in each province also reveal the same trend.Comparing the specialized markets in east region with west region,middle region,we can find out that the specialized markets in east region are more advanced than the others.After drawing the picture of the spatial discrepancy of the specialized markets,it is easily to find out that the developed specialized markets mainly locate in the east region.Based on the Moran's I,the result shows that the Spatial agglomeration effect is enhancing.Based on the Moran Scatter plot,the result shows that the Correlation model among different provinces is “HH” and “LL”.Then,the author checks if the level of economic development,traffic conditions,the development of small and medium enterprises,foreign trade and the social consumption level have any effect on the spatial discrepancy of specialized markets by using panel data model.The outcome reveals that the level of economic development,traffic conditions,the development of small and medium enterprises,foreign trade have positive effect on specialized markets.The improvement of the level of social consumption does not promote the development of the specialized markets The impact of spatial factors on the development of specialized markets is not obvious Finally,based on the theoretical research and empirical,this thesis offers some suggestions to promote the specialized markets from different respect,government support,industrial cluster,expanding foreign trade,convenient traffic conditions,and implementing brand strategy.
