Since the 21st century, with the rapid development of information science technology and the intensification of global competition, a kind of informational innovation organization based on Web2.0--crowdsourcing came into being.Crowdsourcing can effectively reduce costs, improve efficiency and save human resources for enterprises. The most common mode of crowdsourcing is to seek solutions from the public in the form of competition. Today, there are many famous enterprises at home and abroad who have joined crowdsourcing contests and have achieved remarkable results. Therefore, studying crowdsourcing issues has an important practical significance. The theoretical research on users' participation behavior in crowdsourcing at home and abroad was mainly focused on motivation research, but there are many influencing factors of public participation in crowdsourcing, especially in the activities of crowdsourcing contests, and the influencing factors are multi-perspective. On this basis, this paper took the users' participation behavior as the research object, analyzed the influencing factors of the participation behavior in the crowdsourcing contests by means of literature research, questionnaire survey and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation, to obtain the relationship between the factors and the main influencing factors, and make up for deficiencies in existing research. The research process of this paper is divided into two parts. First of all, after reading a large number of domestic and foreign relevant literature about crowdsourcing and users' participation behavior. This paper summed up 14 factors affecting participation behavior in crowdsourcing contests from the theoretical point of view, like the amount of reward, the difficulty of the task, the mandate period, the task of novelty and any others. And then summarized them into the three dimensions of the contractor, the crowdsourcing website and the problem solver according to the literature understanding and the actual situation. So that the establishment of the index system of the influencing factors has been done. Then in order to verify the rationality of the index system, this paper conducted a questionnaire survey to the crowdsourcing contest participants from a practical point of view, collected data for the reliability and validity test, the results proved that all 14 indicators go through the test, the index system is validated. Secondly, this study invited the expert group to score the logical relationship among the influencing factors in the index system, obtain the initial fuzzy influence matrix, then using the Fuzzy-DEMATEL method to evaluate the influence matrix, and calculated the comprehensive influence degree, the central degree and the reason degree of the factors. The results are as follows: from the perspective of the central degree, the value of the reward amount, the difficulty of the task and the size of the project are larger, and the value of website design and information service capability is smaller. From the perspective of reason degree, the difficulty of the task, hobby, the size of the project are the main reason influencing factors; the degree of attention to the task, the number of users involved, the user trust are the main outcome influencing factors. Combined with the results of the analysis, the article puts forward the management inspiration of crowdsourcing contests from the contractor, crowdsourcing platform and problem solver. This study has the guiding significance for enterprises to carry out crowdsourcing competition activities and integrate external knowledge to break through their own resource constraints. Based on the conclusion of this paper, the enterprise can adjust the crowdsourcing strategy, and give full play to the great resource hidden behind the network.
