The development of information technology makes digital economy and platform economy become the mainstream trend of development. In recent years, the platform-based crowdsourcing model has shown great potential in innovation.Compared to the traditional crowdsourcing model, internal crowdsourcing can be more efficient in bringing together the wisdom of the group and bringing innovation to the company while protecting the company’s internal information and maintaining its competitive advantage. The continuous and active participation of employees is the key to ensure the effective operation of this model in the enterprise. However,in the current academic research, there is little focus on the key factors influencing employees’ behavioural responses to internal crowdsourcing activities from their perspective. In practical application, managers also lack the understanding of this new crowdsourcing model, lack of perfect mechanism and incentive measures, and it is difficult to stimulate the positive behavior of employees. In this context, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of employee participation behavior, which helps to provide a theoretical basis for enterprise internal crowdsourcing management and promote the sustainable development of this model in enterprises.First of all, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of employees’ continuous participation behavior.Based on the S-O-R model and the motivation theory, this paper constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors of employees’ continuous participation behavior.Collect actual data through questionnaire survey, use SPSS for data analysis, and use AMOS to construct structural equation model for hypothesis test. The results show that money motivation negatively affects the willingness to participate.Professional motivation positively affects the willingness to participate. The influence of honor motivation and interest motivation is not significant. The organizational support environment and the improvement of the platform have a positive impact on satisfaction.Satisfaction positively affects willingness to participate and continuous participation behavior. The willingness to participate positively affects the continuous participation behavior.Secondly, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of employees’ active participation behavior. On the basis of influencing the key motivation of employees’ continuous participation behavior, exploring the interaction between enterprise incentive behavior and employees’ positive behavior.Constructing an enterprise-employee evolutionary game model, and MATLAB simulation is used to analyze the impact of different parameter changes on the evolution results. The research results show that the better the initial state of both parties, the more sensitive the strategic choices of enterprises and employees are to the changes of parameters.Improving monetary rewards can promote employees’ positive behavior, but excessive rewards will lead to chaos. Both positive reinforcement and negative reinforcement can promote employees to choose strategies to submit high-quality results. However,it is difficult to achieve the desired effect only by negative reinforcement.Too high evaluation costs will reduce the positive behavior of enterprises, and employees will tend to submit low-quality results strategies due to the impact of enterprise behavior. Finally, based on the above research conclusions, management suggestions are provided for enterprises to promote employee participation in internal crowdsourcing from four aspects: optimizing internal platforms, creating an internal crowdsourcing organization environment, adopting comprehensive incentive measures, and improving professional management capabilities. |
