Modern enterprises lay more and more emphasis on the idea that "employee-oriented",and encourage them to speak up their ideas and advices for its development. The objection is to improve the ownership of the employees and be members of participative management. Besides,promoting the innovative development of the enterprise's operation process and enhancing competitive marketplace. However, as extra-role behaviors,employees' voice behaviors are not clearly put in the personal responsibility, it often appears that many employees are reluctant to put forward their thinking and views, leading to an embarrassing phenomenon of little "golden ideas". Voice behavior is a kind of interaction between the superior and subordinate, if one side speaks up, the other side need have a tendency to taking advice and putting it to practice. Then,it can be complete the whole process of the environment of speaking up, the intention of recommendations, voice behavior and taking the advice. In recent years,some scholars pay attention to leads'emotions. In the group situation, emotions represent a social interaction factor,and the expression of leader may have an effect on employees' behaviors.Based on this background, this article, by the help of literature review and analysis,from the perspective of social information processing, according to the emotion as social information model, being constructed as "emotion of leader,perceived superior support and voice behavior" and put forward the hypothesis and model of the study. Among them,the leaders' affective states include two dimensions of positive emotions and negative emotions. Voice behaviors are also divided into two dimensions, namely promotive voice behaviors and prohibitive voice behaviors. Using the experience of mature scales of home and abroad, this article compiled the questionnaire. Ultimately, this paper recycled 270 effective questionnaires. Then do the correlation analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis and regression analysis and test the relationship between leaders' affective states and employees' voice behaviors.The results of the empirical analysis: Leaders' positive emotions have a significant positive relationship with the two dimensions of employees' voice behaviors. There is no significant relationship between leaders' negative emotions and employees' voice behaviors. Leaders' positive emotions have a significant positive relationship with perceived superior support. Leaders' negative emotions have a significant negative relationship with perceived superior support. Perceived superior support has a significant positive relationship with employees' promotive voice behaviors and prohibitive voice behaviors. Perceived superior support plays a complete mediating role in the leaders'positive emotions and employees' promotive voice behaviors and perceived superior support plays a complete mediating role in the leaders' positive emotions and employees'prohibitive voice behaviors.The innovation of the paper may be: first, previous research on the effects on mainly focused on leadership behaviors, such as transformational leadership, paternalistic leadership, humble leadership, abusive supervision and so on. For the study on emotions of the leader expressing on the interaction between on the superior and the subordinate, it is lack of empirical research. Moreover, there have been scholars think that the relationship between leaders' emotions and employees' voice is not as simple as imagined, it needs to be further excavated. This article is based on Chinese employees'perceived leaders' effective states, not only expand the antecedents of employees' voice behaviors, but also enrich the empirical research the emotions of leaders; second, the existing studies primarily are from the perspective of psychological safety to analyze the relationship between them. This article based on emotion as social information theory and connecting with the perspective of the social information processing, putting perceived superior support as mediating variable and it examined the complete mediating role in the leaders' positive emotions and employees' voice behaviors and can rich and be helpful to understand the inner relationship mechanism between leaders'emotions and employees' voice behaviors.
