In recent years, stimulating employees’creative thinking, improving employees’ creative initiative and encouraging employees’creative behavior, is the way to enterprises produce better update products and services, realize breakthrough development, achieve a breakthrough development and improve the core competitiveness. Therefore, creativity is the focus and hot issues of common concern in academic circles and practice circles.This study from the perceived organizational support as the breakthrough point, putting "creative self-efficacy" and "positive emotions" as the explanation perspectives, and based on employees’creative behavior of related literature at home and abroad, further combing and analyzing the relater literature about employees’creative behavior, perceived organizational support, positive emotions and creative self-efficacy, discuss on mechanism of the relationship between perceived organizational support and creative behavior. This study used a questionnaire survey method, according to the different industries under the 255 employees of the data collection, analyzing the relationship of mutual influence and change law, and analyzing its causes, and put forward relevant management suggestions.In this paper, on the basis of empirical research, the main draw the following conclusions. Perceived organizational support and creative behavior, creative self-efficacy, positive emotions were positively correlated; creative self-efficacy, positive emotions and creative behavior have significant positive correlation. Creative self-efficacy, positive emotions in the process of perceived organizational support and employee creative behavior partial mediator role.Based on this, this research help managers to encourage employees to creative behavior of related decisions has certain guiding significance. Managers should increase the degree of support for employees in many aspects. Set up staff to creative of self-confidence. Attaches great importance to the employees’emotion management, and improve positive emotions to creative.
