Research On Inventory Management Strategy Of Small And Medium-sized Pharmaceutical Distribution Enterprises

Inventory refers to the finished goods or commodity for sale,product in the productive process,materials used in the productive process and productive consumption that a business holds in daily production,operation and activities.Of course,in the trade circulation enterprises,it can be understood as,the goods,supplies,materials and so on that businesses hold for the operation and management activities.At present,inventory of small and medium-sized trade circulation enterprises occupy large ratio of total capital,and the turnover rate of inventory directly determines the capital flow and operation of enterprises,which plays a decisive role in the management of enterprise's capital flow.Due to the common existence of precipitation phenomenon of inventory funds,enterprise's direct capital use-cost and administrative costs of inventory are increased.Middle and small-sized enterprises provide a large number of social jobs and fiscal revenue,has a pivotal position,and is an important part of the national economy.For the bottlenecks of development in recent years,the speed of development has a huge problem due to their overall quality and management standards that need to be improved,lack of social credibility and other factors,and the limited financing capacity.The development of Middle and small-sized enterprises is facing both opportunities and challenges,it is a matter of great urgency to speed up the flow of enterprise funds,improve the efficiency of working capital movement,and reduce inventory management risk.Through the in-depth tracking of the whole inventory business circulation of G.pharmaceutical company in Chongqing,this paper studies strategies of the procurement,reserve,check and disposal of enterprise's inventory,and combs the related business processes.According to the enterprise's management environment and characteristics,conbined with the special requirements of inventory management in pharmaceuticals industry,it takes institutionalized,process-oriented construction for enterprise's inventory management,aiming to ensure the safety of inventory funds,strengthen inventory management,and maintain a virtuous circle of business working capital,so that enterprises can gain advantage in the market competition and seek better development.
