There are currently 42,000,000 minor enterprises in our country (including privately-owned enterprises), which occupy 99 percent of the total number. They become important power in the development of our country's economy and society. Minor enterprises in our country have already been a significant part in our national economy, whose fast and healthy development will contribute to the development of our country's economy directly. Since the financial crisis in 2008, minor enterprises in China and even throughout the world have come across new problems. Personal experimentalism and values only relying on passion and dreams of the start-ups are difficult to survive and develop in the current market competition. Enterprises strategy is overall, long and critical plan of minor enterprises in a certain period, which determines the success of enterprise. Formulating scientific and reasonable development strategy is not only to provide guild to development, also is beneficial for minor enterprises holding a good position in the rat race.Based on this background of minor enterprises, starting from the narration of basic theories of enterprises strategy, this essay analyzes correct trains of thought on development and feasible choices, and explains basic trains of thought on how to formulate enterprises strategy. Also based on the author's own experience, the essay analyzes the formulation, adjustment and implement of enterprise strategies of new minor enterprises and strategic transformation in different periods of life cycle or parallel strategies in the same period. The essay points out that minor enterprises should pay attention to the great important role which strategy management has played in the enterprise development in order to survive and develop in the severe competition surrounding. According to analysis of strategic management situation and problems, find weaknesses of strategic management of minor enterprises, exploit common discipline and realization conditions of successes of minor enterprises, propose development ideas and strategic thoughts of new minor enterprises, and form theoretical mode of strategic management of new minor enterprises. On this basis, this essay integrates theory with practice, combining with real conditions of Tuobang Sales Service Co. Ltd., to prove the feasibility of this theoretical mode to a certain extent. Therefore, research conclusion of this essay has a directive function to strategic management of new minor enterprises to a certain degree.
