Research On The Scientific And Technological Needs Of New Agricultural Management Entities

China is a large agricultural country in the traditional sense and agriculture is a basic industry in China's national economy.In recent years,China's agriculture gains rapid development,but the "Three Rural Issues"(issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area)have always existed and become urgent problems to solve in the optimization process of China's economic structure of agriculture.In order to solve the Three Rural Issues,Chinese Government should vigorously develop modern agriculture,accelerate the changes in agricultural development direction and carry out agricultural transformation.The management entities of new agriculture are the core force to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industrialization.Compared with traditional agriculture,new agricultural management entities have a diversified carrier,for it can be compatible with advanced science and technology,can develop in flexible mode of operation and is more sensitive to the changes in the market.Therefore,cultivating and developing new agricultural management entities and constructing new agricultural management system can help to promote the large-scale operation and intensive production of agriculture.Improving agricultural production level is an essential part in the acceleration of agricultural modernization.The development of new agricultural management subject can not be separated from the agricultural science and technology,so the main research content of this paper is the scientific and technological demand of the main body of agricultural management.Based on the research achievements of domestic scholars,this paper takes the micro data survey of farmers in three cities in Jiangsu Province as an example,including Yancheng,Huaian and Zhenjiang in combination with relevant theories,and conducts in-depth analysis on the scientific and technological needs of new agricultural management entities.Moreover,it discovers existing problems through analysis and research on the differences among different management entities(including big farmer households,family farms,cooperatives and leading enterprises),conducts comparative analysis on typical cases,draws conclusion and proposes countermeasures based on the above analysis and actual situations.There are five chapters in this paper.Chapter 1 is introduction;it describes research background,objectives and significance,reviews relevant literature,and elaborates research methods,technical rout,innovation and deficiencies.Chapter 2 describes theoretical basis,sorts out and concludes the relevant concept of new agricultural management entities and theoretical basis in this paper.Chapter 3 mainly researches the current situations of new agricultural management entities in Jiangsu Province and existing problems and analyzes causes.Chapter 4 describes the data sources,basic situations and other aspects of the entire survey and conducts descriptive analysis of survey data.Chapter 5 carries on the concrete analysis to the representative case.Chapter 6 proposes appropriate countermeasures and suggestions in accordance with research results.
