In recent years,the safety of Chinese enterprises has become increasingly prominent and the safe production situation is not optimistic.Frequent enterprise safety accidents have brought huge economic losses to the country and enterprises,but also caused irreversible damage to people's personal safety and health.Studies have shown that people's unsafe behavior is the main cause of accidents.Among the many factors that affect safety behavior,safety awareness has become the main parameter.This paper will focus on the research within the enterprise,and from the perspective of employee safety awareness of the human factors,analyzing that one of the main factors of human factors is interactive relationship.As the communication channel between people,interactive relationship not only plays a leading role in the individual safety consciousness of employees,but also plays a decisive role in the level of safety consciousness of the employees.Firstly,based on the behavior safety management system and taken the employees of the enterprise as the object of study,using the theory of complex systems to analyze the internal relations of employees and their safety awareness,at the same time,analyzing the relationship between them according to the current situation of the enterprise.Then,it analyzes the main influencing factors of the internal staff interaction.According to the theoretical analysis and the current situation of enterprises,the factors that affect the interaction of employees are divided into personal attributes,personal qualities,communication skills and external environment,and then 19 observation indicators on the factors affecting employee interaction are compiled and designed.Through an enterprise issued a questionnaire to collect and collate data in Anshan,the system model was established by using the structural equation of state,and the influence of different factors on employee interaction was analyzed by qualitative and quantitative methods.Secondly,it analyzes the influence of different interaction on the safety consciousness of employees.Based on the current status of internal staff interaction,12 observation indicators were compiled and designed to evaluate the effect of interaction on employees' safety awareness.By means of further questionnaire and data collation,the principal component analysis method was used to analyze the effect of different interaction on employee safety awareness.According to the analysis result,the comprehensive evaluation formula of employee safety consciousness of the enterprise is obtained.Thirdly,the Lotka-Volterra model is established,and the instability of the equilibrium point is improved after the simulation.According to the results of the above analysis,different employee relationship improvement schemes were developed and the change of employees' safety awareness before and after the program was improved by using model simulation.The simulation results validate the feasibility of the improvement scheme,which also further analyze and explain the influence of the internal staff interaction on employee safety awareness.Finally,based on the above empirical analysis and simulation results,it obtained the relevant conclusions.In order to improve staff safety awareness and to ensure the safety of enterprises as the goal,the specific recommendations for improvement are given.
