Research On Financing Issues Of XY Construction Group

The construction industry and the real estate industry are the two pillar industries of our national economy,they both have the characteristics of long investment cycle,large scale and high risk,and have high demand for funds in the course of project development.However,the real estate market was badly hit by the state's policy,the construction industry was also affected.Some enterprises,especially weak private enterprises,have began to expose serious financing problems.Therefore,reducing the financing costs and expanding the financing channels become the key for those companies to get out of the financial difficulties.XY group is a comprehensive private group company which core business is the construction and real estate development.The financing issues become obstacles for the Group's sustainable development.Therefore,this article take the XY group as the research object,uses the theory combined with practical case study method,analyzes the problems of the XY group current financing,to finds out the reasons,and design financing plan,put forward some suggestions for the group.In this paper,we firstly sort the literature on the financing environment and the financing method which basis of the research background and significance,introduce the theory and classification of corporate finance.Secondly,we analyze the factors that affect the financing of XY Group,such as the background of group,the financial situation and the payment of the project,for the next analysis of the group financing issues.Thirdly,we organize the date about the financing of the XY group in recent years,and analyze the financing situation of the group from two aspects of source financing and external financing to find out the problems of group financing activities,then sort out the reasons for them.Fourthly,we forecast the XY Group's funding needs from both short-and long-term stages,aiming at the financing problems,and design the financing package through select the applicable financing method.Especially the short-term financing package was analyzed and evaluated.Finally,we proposed safeguards to ensure the financing plan can be implemented smoothly.This paper analyzes the financing problems and puts forward the solutions of XY group,in order to effectively solve the group's current financial issues and provide financial support for the Group's future sustainable development.In addition,we also hope that the analysis,design and guarantee measures of this article will serve as a reference for companies facing the same problem as XY group.
