With over three decades of reform and opening-up,China's economy is entering the era of knowledge economy.High-tech enterprises occupy more and more important position in the development of China economy and have upgraded and updated in technology,production capacity,products and services.However,these enterprises pay more attention to the development of advanced technology and high-tech products,while neglect the research of enterprise marketing strategy.It is worth finding out how to cultivate high-tech enterprises' management to establish a modern marketing concept,how to take an effective international marketing theory to guide domestic enterprises to develop and implement their own marketing strategies and how to maintain rapid development and high profit margins for domestic enterprises.Taking Zhejiang KF Company as an example,this thesis puts forward some suggestions and a universal marketing theory for high-tech enterprises to establish and promote marketing strategies and remain competitive by using the scientific research method to analyze the shortcomings in the formulation and implementation of the company's marketing strategies.The study draws the following conclusions: First,the formulation of marketing strategies should focus on enterprises' core competitiveness to lay technological foundation for sustainable development.Second,enterprises should pay attention to marketing.Improving the strategic status of marketing department plays an important role.Third,enterprises should continuously increase the input of high-tech R&D and technological achievement transformation to realize sustainable development.Fourth,enterprises should strengthen the control of strategies,establish control and evaluation measures and conduct real-time monitoring of implementation process to ensure the implementation of marketing strategies and achieve tangible results.
