With technology progressing and science rising, various new high-tech enterprises are developing rapidly. Due to its specific background and evaluation properties, start-up stage high-tech enterprise have a very big difference from general corporate, to make the traditional valuation methods have significant limitations, so the evaluation of the start-up stage high-tech enterprise is beneficial in evaluation areas.This paper argues that the value of the start-up stage high-tech enterprise is the sum of the current initial value and the potential value, the form of the value of the start-up stage high-tech enterprise is unique, it contains a large number of potential value of investment opportunity. This paper analyzes the value influencing factor of the start-up stage high-tech enterprise, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are introduced into the start-up stage high-tech enterprise’s value appraisal, trying to use mathematical language to describe the value of the start-up stage high-tech enterprise, to overcome the limitation of traditional value evaluation method in the assessment of the value of the start-up stage high-tech enterprise. This paper clarifys the influencing factors of the value of the start-up stage high-tech enterprise, and use the market, technology, management and social factors as primary index, build the evaluation index system of influencing factors of the value of the start-up stage high-tech enterprise, the index system considers not only the internal and external influencing factors, but also the long term and short term influencing factors of the value of high-tech enterprise. Then use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on the value assessment of the start-up stage high-tech enterprise, finally choose the start-up stage high-tech enterprise H Corporation to show the applicability and operability of the model through actual case. |
