Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Ecological Civilization Construction In Resource-based Cities

In recent years,due to excessive exploitation of resources and unreasonable use,which makes the social contradictions become more and more prominent resources city,facing a series of problems of resources gradually reduced,increased mining costs,unreasonable industrial structure,serious damage to the ecological environment.These problems have restricted the sustainable development of resource-based cities.Especially with the rapid development of modern science and technology,the application of new materials and new energy is more and more extensive,which weakens the original position of the resource-based cities to a great extent,and accelerates the decline of the city.In order to get rid of these crises,the construction of ecological civilization is more and more imperative.China eighteen in the construction of ecological civilization is discussed that: "in the face of severe resource constraints,serious situation of serious environmental pollution and ecosystem degradation,must establish respect for nature,comply with nature,protecting the natural ecological civilization,the ecological civilization construction in a prominent position,into economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,in the social construction,China face the reality,is a response to public opinion."
