The study of ecological civilization began from the American and European countries, from their reflection on the industrial civilization and critique of capitalism, in which the theory of ecological economics, environmental protection, sustainable development models and ecological Marxist worthy of our study and learn; The study of the ecological civilization from Chinese scholars is still in the exploratory stage, most of the research is on the connotation of ecological civilization, characteristics and evaluation system, basically still in the theoretical stage, less at practical operational level, and the level is not deep, single angle.Next, definite the concept of ecological civilization, build evaluation index system of ecological civilization from ecological economy, improvement of people’s livelihood, ecological environment, ecological management and ecological culture in five areas, and using principal component analysis give a comprehensive evaluation of ecological civilization of the country’s 30 provinces, comparative study Xinjiang and other provinces based on the evaluation results, and find the key to enhance the level of ecological civilization development in Xinjiang.Then, study the path of ecological civilization construction separately from three perspectives of land space development layout optimization, industrial structure optimization and innovation system in Xinjiang. From theory foundation of ecological civilization construction under the view of industrial structure optimization, eco-efficiency analysis of changes in the industrial structure in Xinjiang, propose the ecological innovation path of industrial structure optimization. From the phenomena and causes of the lack of ecological civilization construction system, the content on ecological civilization construction system in Xinjiang, prose the path of promoting ecological civilization construction based on strengthen the system security in Xinjiang.At last, according to the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the preamble obtain main conclusions of this paper, and according to the conclusion, give some suggestions that can accelerate Xin Jiang ecological civilization construction. |
