Nowadays,Dairy enterprises is in the fierce competition environment,and facing various levels of industry rivals,what competitive strategy does these diary enterprises should take greatly influences the development of diary enterprises.But currently,diary enterprises are often short of logical thinking and scientific methods when they were choosing competitive strategy,which would easily make mistakes and hinder the development of diary enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes the competition between dairy enterprises as research objects,combined traditional method of competitive strategy choice and correlation theory of enterprise ecological niche.Put forward the competition strategic choice model of dairy products enterprise based on enterprise ecological niche,and chose seven dairy listed companies as a case study.On the whole,the main contributions are as follows:(1)Collecting data to represent the diary enterprises' quantity changes,production equipment and technology,the variety of products,and analyzed the status of diary enterprises' competition viewed from sales concentration degree and asset risk granularity,which Reflects China's dairy industry competition situation.(2)From the perspective of dairy companies,the diary enterprises' Enterprise niche width,degree of overlap and competitive strength were are quantitatively analyzed based on Enterprise niche theory.This paper also divided Enterprise niche' degree of overlap into degree of niche overlap between enterprises and inside the enterprise,divided Enterprise niche' competitive strength into the size dimension and technical dimensions.On this basis,this paper use the method of data envelopment mathematical evaluation.(3)Dairy products enterprise niche three-dimensional model is put forward.This paper composed the diary enterprises' Enterprise niche width,degree of overlap and competitive strength,build the three—dimensional model of dairy products enterprise niche,and divided this the three-dimensional model into eight different subspaces,in aims to help dairy companies found his niche in the location in the dairy industry.(4)According to the three-dimensional enterprise niche model of dairy products,this paper put forward the competition strategic choice model of dairy products enterprise based on enterprise ecological niche aims at eight space of three dimensional model,on the basis of helping dairy enterprises locate their enterprise niche,this paper presents related suggestions of competitive strategy.(5)This paper chooses 7 dairy listed companies,collects data,analysis them as cases,and find their enterprise niche,give some suggestions about choices of competitive strategies with practice,provide feasible suggestions to the further development of the research in the future.
