| Among the more than 100 million market entities in China,eighty percent are small and medium-sized enterprises and individual industrial and commercial enterprises,which have a great influence in China’s market economy.Some of them are driven by the "going out" strategy,and have launched commercial competition with overseas markets as the main battlefield,laying a deep foundation for the formation of China’s international and domestic dual circulation pattern.However,the three-year epidemic has seriously affected the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises going abroad,and under the reality that domestic demand is not strong,the existing basic and institutional problems are more prominent and need to be solved urgently.Zhang Jingqiang,executive chairman of the All-China Federation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises,believes that China’s small and medium-sized enterprises are large and wide-ranging,and there are generally problems such as poor ability to resist market risks,difficulties in monitoring enterprise information,lack of trust in the financial market for financing,and imperfect corporate credit system.The development of small and medium-sized enterprises not only needs policy support at the national level,the current industrial environment is changing with each passing day,treacherous and changeable,the global industrial chain is developing towards ecology,and the labor dividend has become a thing of the past,which further improves the requirements for strategic planning of small and medium-sized enterprises going abroad,and the survival of enterprises needs to adapt to the healthy development of the commercial niche system and formulate corresponding strategic measures.How to choose the right strategy is decisively related to identifying the current status of the company’s ecological niche.This thesis uses literature analysis method,interdisciplinary research method,in-depth interview method and Delphi method to study the overseas technology small and medium-sized enterprises S information technology company,and uses the enterprise ecological niche situation theory to characterize the ecological niche status of S information technology company,and the study finds that as a relatively small and medium-sized enterprise with relatively no absolute advantage,in the process of adapting to the development of the global ecology,it strives to build an ecological chain about itself,develop software,advertising,and content businesses,and form a model of complementing and helping each other.At the same time,the entire business world is driven by ecosystems,showing an ether effect,and the stronger the stronger,that is,enterprises with more intermediate ecological niches are more likely to obtain multi-party resources,and abundant resources can help enterprises go to a higher level and form a "super cycle".S Information Technology Company is deeply integrated into the TV business ecosystem,and has established strategic partnerships with more than 20 brands of upstream and downstream customers through equity financing and profit stratification.However,the current challenge is that with the global penetration of smart TV hardware,the core business of software is challenged,and the latest advertising operation business cannot form a strong ecological advantage due to the poor localization in emerging markets,and promote the company to achieve a higher ecological niche.At its root,enhancing the local market integration of advertising operation business,establishing incremental advantages and enhancing core competitiveness have become the company’s top issues.Therefore,this study focuses on the 3L model on the niche optimization strategy of S information technology companies,takes Roku,Bilibili and other companies as benchmark learning objects,and describes the safeguard measures from five aspects:culture,capital,personnel,market and model.Although China’s small and medium-sized enterprises have a long history of going to sea,and the relevant theories and practices are also colorful,but more concentrated in the field of trade,digital innovation,business ecosystem development is popular,small and medium-sized enterprises still need a lot of enlightenment and research to embark on a new path.This study extends the business ecosystem,enterprise niche,and 3L model at the practical level,and has certain operability,which can be used as a reference for SMEs. |
