XT hotel is located in Chifeng Econo Hotel,which was founded in 2007,has been nearly ten years of development history.XT hotel in recent years,the development of stable situation,and because of geographical advantages,so to some extent with a monopoly advantage.However,XT hotel itself has many limitations in the management and development.For example: XT hotel management problems,rapid flow of employees,customer scope is limited,lack of marketing.XT Hotel failed to fully combine its own advantages and resources to play a good competitive advantage.At the same time,XT hotel is also facing more and more intense competitive pressure,because the number of hotels in Chifeng is growing.Therefore,XT hotel in order to achieve sustainable development,can no longer follow the current inertia forward,but must re planning and design a set of guiding significance for the future development strategy.This paper intends to provide strategic planning reference for the development of XT hotel through the research of XT hotel development strategy.This paper has the following main contents.The first part mainly expounds the research background,research purpose,research methods,etc.The second part of the XT hotel development process and the status quo analysis,so as to the status of XT hotel has a comprehensive understanding of the XT hotel to point out the urgency and necessity of strategic research.The third part,firstly,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of XT hotel.Secondly,the combination on the basis of the analysis,make full use of resources and to highlight the unique advantages of XT Hotel,at the same time,an important issue is when facing severe environmental challenges outside theXT hotel complex,to complete the dynamic balance between business objectives and the external environment,and use the analysis results to determine the development strategy of XT Hotel the.The fourth part,mainly from the XT hotel's overall strategy,differentiation strategy,including strategic positioning,strategic objectives,etc..At the same time put forward strategy implementation measures,mainly from four aspects,namely,mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff in the human resources management,strengthening the existing customers in improving marketing ability and actively develop new customers,expand marketing channels,improve economic efficiency,and strengthen financial management,give full play to the financial control function,strengthen the management of funds,improve capital operation ability,and strengthen cost control.Actively cultivate XT Hotel excellent corporate culture,with the standard system to ensure the continuity of the XT hotel culture,people-oriented so that other hotel is difficult to imitate,forming a unique advantage,finally promote the innovation of XT hotel.Thefifth part,through analysis and judgment,determine the development strategy of XT Hotel,at the same time we must think about how to adjust the XT hotel development strategy with the change of business environment,to ensure the sustainable development of XT hotel.
