With the continuous development of economy,people's consumption ability is higher,the demand for personal life is also higher,thus driven the continued growth of tourism,these are the external advantages of the development of the hotel industry.However,from the inside of the hotel,the development of Taiyuan X hotel has problems in strategic management,which seriously restricts the rapid development of the hotel.Based on the analysis of macro environment and the external environment of Taiyuan X hotel facing the competitive environment,and internal advantages and disadvantages of various factors on the analysis to determine the hotel should adopt stable development strategy at the corporate level using the SWOT matrix.In the hotel's competitive strategy,determine the use of differentiated strategy based,cost leadership strategy supplemented by business strategy.In the implementation of the hotel management strategy,differences in strategy respectively from product characteristics,hotel services,marketing channels of the three aspects of the implementation of cost leadership strategy;the main control strategy,from material procurement of energy-saving strategy,human resources cost control strategy of three measures.Finally,through the hotel business process reengineering,the implementation of organizational structure flexibility,improve hotel customer database,cultivate excellent corporate culture and other measures to ensure the smooth implementation of business strategy.For the hotel service industry,only in the implementation of a clear differentiated competitive strategy,supplemented by low-cost competition strategy,in a competitive market environment.The research of this paper has certain impetus function to the business expansion and benefit growth of Taiyuan X Hotel,at the same time,it has certain reference value to the market orientation and marketing strategy of low star hotel industry in our country.
