In order to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition and changing market demand,enterprises need to improve their management level and enhance their comprehensive competitiveness.In such a market economy environment,the distribution of supply chain(manufacturers-distributors-two agents-users)of enterprises have not focused on the strategy of price game and downstream companies,but focus on how to enhance the core competitiveness of itself.So enterprises need to obtain sustainable competitive advantage to make some breakthrough.They must change the traditional thinking and study from the optimization of the enterprise operation and management mode,to constantly optimize the management mode of operation.The internal operation process is an important part of enterprise management,which needs to be adjusted and improved to meet the needs of enterprise development.The efficiency of the internal operation process of the enterprise is directly reflected in the form of profit.The cost control and the operation of the process are complementary.DC company is a leading position in HUAWEI's domestic distribution industry.On the basis of a strong financial strength,DC company needs to strengthen the level of internal operations management,in order to maintain market competitive advantage,to get more profits for the company,and make some cost savings.Reasonable and perfect process,management of funds in place,and the cost of the control in time become the direct embodiment of the strategic objectives of the company in the operation and management of the business.Therefore,the operation process optimization,management of funds,improvement of the organizational structure design become the key to reach the goal.Based on the operation management theory,the theory of supply chain management,and research results of relevant literatures,DC company's current overall operating conditions are analyzed,and based on the summary of existing problems in the operating process and this study put forward the corresponding optimization strategy.By the analysis of the operation process optimization,optimization of capital management,aided by the adjustment of the organizational structure to improve work efficiency,reduce the operation cost,and strengthen internal profit amount.At the same time,this paper puts forward the corresponding support needs for the implementation of the optimization strategy,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization strategy.
