Abc (china) Company Accounts Receivable Business Process Optimization

ABC is a international company with almost one hundred years history, who focus on business process and rules very much. ABC ( China ) company is ABC's exclusively-invested enterprises in China. From the middle and late 1990s, ABC(China) pays much attention to cash flow and accounts receivable management, the correspondence business processes and guidelines were built up accordingly. In recent years, the progress of economic globalization has been accelerating, the volume of international transactions of ABC increase year by year, the cooperation across country and region happen frequently. Facing with the new environment, ABC(China) feels the current accounts receivable processes have not matched with company's new strategy well and impact outside and internal customers satisfaction. ABC(China) need to make accounts receivable BPR urgently to serve the company's strategy.We studied the BPR of the accounts receivable management process of ABC(China) in the dissertation. On the basis of BPR's theories , methodologies and technologies, the time analysis of SCM management was applied to diagnose the current process and find out the problem activities. After that, we re-designed the AR process by means of information techology, combining depatments, eliminating invaluable activities. After the BPR, the AR management of ABC(China) would be improved obviously.For the present, we seldom find the exclusive introductions to BPR of Accounts Receivable process which is the most important cycle in the cash flow management . We would like to provide a considerable reference to the domestice enterprises , especially for those middle and small enterprises , which want to improve the AR management and make it more professional.
