At present,the process of economic globalization is getting faster and faster,more and more contradictions between resources,natural environment and society have aroused,and the enterprises have paid more and more attention to the fulfillment of social responsibility.From the nature of the industry,the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has its special place,its product quality and human health and life safety are closely related.Therefore,the social responsibility behavior of pharmaceutical enterprises is one of the key issues of domestic and foreign scholars.In order to study the influence of the human capital of the board of directors on the social responsibility of the enterprises,the thesis takes the Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares pharmaceutical manufacturing listed companies as the research object,taking the resource dependence theory,the resource basic theory and the stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis,using the literature research,Analysis and qualitative and quantitative research methods,the paper analyzes the impact of human capital on the implementation of social responsibility.From the perspective of stakeholders,this paper chooses the comprehensive index of social responsibility of listed companies as pharmaceuticals as the dependent variable,the age of directors,the level of education,the background of medical industry,heterogeneity of educational level and heterogeneity of functional background as independent variables,the size of the board of directors,equity concentration ratio,asset-liability ratio,total assets rate of return and the size of the company as control variables,and with SPSS software pharmaceutical manufacturing market Company 108 sample data for statistical analysis.VIF multicollinearity test results show that there is no serious multicollinearity problem among the variables,and the influence of the collinearity problem among the variables on the empirical results.(1)The age,educational level,medical background,educational level heterogeneity,functional background heterogeneity in the process of regression have passed the significance test,that is,the average age of directors,the average level of education and functional background heterogeneity And the implementation of social responsibility has a significant correlation.(2)The age of the directors,the level of education,the background of the pharmaceutical industry,the heterogeneity of educational level,the heterogeneity of functional background and the effect of corporate social responsibility.Finally,according to the results of the paper,how to enrich the level of human capital of the board of directors,for enterprises to better fulfill their social responsibility to provide three suggestions:1,Consider the conditions of board members from the perspective of rational arrangement of the age structure of the board members,the selection of persons with higher education qualifications to enter the board of directors,and the heterogeneity development of the board's functional background;2,Attention to the external system of environmental factors on the impact of enterprises;3,within the enterprise set up social responsibility management agencies.The results of this paper can provide reference for the staffing of the board of directors of listed companies,which is of great value to the enterprises how to fulfill their social responsibilities.
