Research On The Influence Of Value Creation In Listed Pharmaceutical Enterprises On Social Responsibility Disdosured

Without the health of the people,there will be no comprehensive well-off society.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,Comrade Xi Jinping made the theory of "Health Chinese" enhance to the national strategy and established the world's largest network of basic health insurance in a relatively short period of time,on which requires us to adhere to both economic and social benefits.However,in the market economy,the enterprise has always been the goal of profit maximum,resulting in the pursuit of short-term economic interests,and has ignored other stakeholder interests,which initiated lots of environmental and social problems.As for the pharmaceutical industry,The Ministry of environmental protection has summed up the pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises as a heavy pollution industry.In addition to the frequent occurrence of drug quality and safety events in recent years,the whole society has greatly worried about the safety of drug use.As an important livelihood issue,products of pharmaceutical listed companies are directly related to the public's life and health.If these problems are not effectively solved,they will seriously affect people's health and economic and social development.The pharmaceutical listed manufacturing enterprises have higher social responsibility requirements because of the particularity of their industry.Therefore,pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises have an bounden social responsibility for issuing annual environmental reports,drug quality management,regularly disclosing the environmental information of main pollute materials and pollutants,and environmental management.On the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the party clearly put forward the health China construction,and the social responsibility which associated with construction has also been concerned by the residents,social responsibility disclosure requirements for listed companies for the first time the first presented in 2002 by the Chinese Commission and the State Economic and Trade Commission issued the "corporate governance guidelines".Since then,more and more enterprises have begun to open up their social information to the public.Corporate social responsibility information disclosure is divided into mandatory disclosure and voluntary disclosure.On the one hand,corporate social responsibility information disclosure stems from the mandatory requirements of regulators,and on the other hand,it is for selfish considerations.The effect of the disclosure of social responsibility of enterprise value creation has two views: one view think that corporate social responsibility information disclosure could increase the operating costs of enterprises,thereby reducing the value of the enterprise,another view of social responsibility information disclosure can make stakeholders understand the corporate culture,and social responsibility,enhance its brand image.Based on the above two views,this article intends to listed companies in the pharmaceutical industry as an example,finding relationships between social responsibility disclosure and enterprise value creation through the establishment of Tobin 's Q ?EVAand MVA index model and empirical analysis of pharmaceutical listed corporate.And this paper collected medical data of Listed Companies in 2012-2016 to make research on the development of social responsibility disclosure in pharmaceutical listed companies,and gives suggestions.
