The Study Of The Development Of New Energy Industry And Local Policy Support

With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization,the total energy consumption is rising,and the energy consumption,especially fossil energy's consumption,is the main cause of the global energy crisis and environmental crisis.Compared with fossil energy,the new energy has the characteristics of environmental protection,safety,abundant reserves,etc..That is the reason why countries all over the world regard developing new energy industry as a strategic choice to deal with energy shortage and environmental pollution.At present,our country is facing the problem of the traditional energy decreasing,the dependence on overseas oil energy is high,and the pressure of environmental protection continues to increase.The development of new energy industry can ease the shortage of domestic energy supply as well as reduce environmental ecological damage.besides,it can optimize the domestic industrial structure,promote economic development,so as to enhance the competitiveness of the national strategy.From the point of view of local development,the new energy industry is not only in line with the requirements of China's energy strategy,but also can optimize the local industrial structure,improve the efficiency of resource allocation,and promote the sustainable development of local economy.In this paper,in accordance with the logical order: "problem discovery-problem analysis-problem solution",the author takes the new energy industry in Taizhou and its policy support as the research object,and studies from the perspective of public.Based on the theory of industrial policy,through the study of the development of new energy industry policy at home and abroad,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the development of new energy industry in Taizhou City of Jiangsu Province as an example.In view of the relatively phenomena,such as small scale,unreasonable structure,lack of innovation,capital,high-end talents and problems in organizational planning,industrial policy oriented finance financing mechanism,public service system,risk awareness,etc.,it puts forward the development of new energy industry in Taizhou to achieve the "four enhanced",which is to strengthen the guidance of industrial planning,strengthen the ability of industrial agglomeration,strengthen the multi input mechanism,strengthen the construction of service system.
