China is a country with a history of thousands of years of farming civilization.The vast majority of farmers has always been eager to look forward to rural construction.In particular,the party proposed the construction of New Countryside,which becomes the target of the majority of farmers in the new era.Building a new socialist countryside is an inevitable task of "building a well-off society in an all-round way" in the "four overall".Under the strong leadership of the party,all over the country are exploring the new rural construction,drawing on collective wisdom and absorb all useful ideas,which added new impetus for the new rural construction and achieved relatively large results.Jiangxi,as a big agricultural province,carried on the new rural practice,which greatly promoted the rural economic and social development.Building a new socialist countryside is a long-term project,it involves all aspects and the demand for capital is immeasurable.However,Ganzhou belongs to less developed area,at the same time of promoting the construction phase.The limited agricultural funds is not enough to support a huge investment,which makes certain influence on the progress of the new rural construction.The problem of agriculture,countryside and farmers is a prominent problem in the process of economic and social development for a long term.The solution is directly related to whether the people of Jiangxi new rural construction and the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way.In the new period,the historical position of "scientific development,green development and carry on" has been put forward.Promoting the building of a new countryside is of great significance for Jiangxi to achieve its goals.The purpose of building a new countryside is synchronous with the building of a well-off society.The basic task is to promote the continuous increase of farmers' income and promote the development of rural economy to realize the well-off society in the countryside.However,at present,the construction of new rural areas in Ganzhou is facing difficulties and problems in the lack of funds and the weakness of rural finance and the Three rural development is underpowered.Therefore,the consensus of all parties,we look forward to the innovation of the rural financial system,the real solution to the new rural construction in the process of funding problems to solve the problem of farmers to get rid of poverty.This paper takes the rural finance of Ganzhou city of Jiangxi Province as the research object,Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,systematic analysis and key analysis are combined,with the methods of literature research,empirical research and interdisciplinary research to Systematic analyze of the financial situation in rural areas and farmers microfinance and focus on demand factor analysis.First of all,starting from the basic theory,this paper expounds the definition of microfinance,analyzes the mechanism of micro credit,combined with the experience of other countries and regions,which provides reference for the development of microfinance in China.Secondly,taking the current situation of Rural Micro Credit in Ganzhou as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the current situation,situation and characteristics of Ganzhou rural microfinance.It points out that the rural financial market is not standardized,the formal and informal finance development imbalances,and combined with the agricultural production of Ganzhou,natural characteristics and regularity,defect of the rural financial system,lack of rural financial environment,which can directly reflect theexisting problems of microfinance.And then analyzes from the system,society,production,life,psychology and other aspects of the impact of farmers' demand.Finally,based on the above analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.First of all,the ideas must be accurate and the direction must be right.We start from the improvement of microfinance institutions,and the establishment of microfinance institutions should keep up with the needs of the development of the situation.We should focus on internal tapping and improve the internal mechanism of financial institutions.At the same time,the financial system should conform to the actual situation and the law of production in rural areas.On this basis,we innovate the financial products that the farmers need and provide more quality services.Government must play a role,integrate resource to set up guarantee fund and reduce the credit risk.We put forward the comprehensive measures to meet the microfinance needs of farmers,including the use of village committees and groups to carry out promotional activities of financial products,improve the level of financial literacy,adjust the rural economic structure,establish Micro Credit Incentive Mechanism,maximize the incentive to enhance the demand for farmers microfinance,finally meet the basic funding requirements of low-income families.
