Innovation is an important guarantee of enterprise maintain competitive advantage, Vietnamese companies want to in the more fierce market competition is not behind the people must rely on innovation, and Vietnamese companies are mainly composed of processing trade at present stage, directly depend on technological innovation to transform the difficulty is too big, so it is necessary to service innovation as the breakthrough point to reshape the company.Past research at the same time more focus on enterprise technological innovation, trying to explore the effects of technological innovation to the enterprise, but few focus on service innovation influence on enterprises, so this paper research on service innovation mechanism and its effects have certain theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,starting from the perspective of service innovation, exploring the two dimensions of the service innovation, customer satisfaction and the relationship between the corporate performance.Based on this, this paper based on a service dominant logic theory, relationship marketing, build the theoretical framework,analyzes the service innovation, customer satisfaction, and the inner mechanism of enterprise performance.Using 221 questionnaires as the research samples, first using SPSS 19.0 empirically the relationship between service innovation and the enterprise performance and the interaction between each dimension.and then incorporate customer satisfaction model, using Mplus6.08 software mediating role of customer satisfaction for structural equation model test.Results show that: (1) the service innovation has a significant positive prediction function on enterprise performance,including use of service innovation affects the enterprise's financial performance,service innovation and exploring type positive influence on enterprise's financial performance;(2) the service innovation of customer satisfaction in itself played a positive role in ascension, one of the enterprises with service innovation can promote the improvement of customer satisfaction, service innovation and exploring type was not significant to the promotion of customer satisfaction;(3) customer satisfaction in service innovation and the partial intermediary effect between enterprise performance,including customer satisfaction in businesses use type play an intermediary role between service innovation and enterprise performance, and exploratory service innovation in the enterprise and cannot have remarkable intermediary effect between enterprise performance;Therefore, this article can provide some ideas for Vietnam manufacturing enterprise innovation.
