In recent years, total non-performing loans and non-performing loan ratio has a tendency to increase. Non-performing loan problem is one of the important reasons to influence the stability of the bank and financial industry. The analysis of influence factors is urgently needed. This paper has done the analysis of the influence factors of non-performing loans from the macroscopic and microscopic an-gle. In the macroeconomic aspects, the paper has done the multiple linear regression, general linear regression and principal component regression of the seasonal data, and the conclusion is that the macroe-conomic indicators has negative influence to the non-performing loan ratio, the fluctuation indicators has the positive influence. In the micro-aspects of the bank, the paper has done the panel data model and the general linear regression for the data of the 5 commercial banks in China, the conclusion is that the negative factors are cap-ital adequacy ratio, net interest margin, provision for coverage, the positive factor is loan-to-deposit ratio. Finally, this paper offers the strategies and suggestions to the state, bank regulations and banks according the conclusion.
