Our country is rich in hydropower resources,has the world's largest hydropower resources can be developed.So far,China's hydropower installed capacity has reached 290 million kilowatts,accounting for nearly a quarter of the total power of the national assembly,Hydropower as China's current largest and most mature technology of renewable clean energy,made a significant contribution to China's economic and social development,energy structure adjustment,reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve the atmospheric environment.At present,the competition of hydropower equipment of large-scale hydropower station mainly exists in NR Corporation,Guodian Nanjing Automation Co.,Ltd.,Beijing IWHR Technology CO.,Ltd.and foreign enterprises,Small and medium-sized hydropower equipment due to low technical threshold,the qualification is not high,in addition to the above-mentioned companies as well as Nanjing talent-relays CO.,Ltd.,HNAC Technology Co.,Ltd.,Nanjing Electric Power Research and Power Automation Company,Ltd.and other small businesses to compete,In the field of pumped storage power station,NR company in the domestic equipment manufacturers occupy the leading position,the competition mainly exists in the foreign capital enterprise.This paper first introduces the theory of marketing strategy in the field of power equipment,including the traditional 4Ps theory,the development of the 4Rs theory,the relationship marketing strategy,then,according to the current situation and problems of NR company's marketing strategy,the marketing strategy of NR hydropower company has been put forward,it has certain directive significance to the marketing strategy of electric power equipment in the field of water and electricity.This paper intends to use quantitative analysis method,case analysis method,system analysis method to study the market situation of NR hydropower company,and finally put forward the system report.
