Application And Research Of Artifact-based Workflow In Barter System

The rapid development of Internet technology has greatly promoted the development of e-commerce technology,which results in the changing of enterprise business processes accordingly.Business is war in today's world;all aspects of the competition are quite intense.In order to survive from the business competition forever,an enterprise must strengthen the flexibility of its business processes to further improve the employee's efficiency,and be able to quickly respond to the new requirements of customers,once the market demands change,companies should be able to adjust their business processes in time.To effectively address these challenges,enterprises must have efficient,modern business process management system.As the workflow technology is more and more widely used in e-commerce system,it is found that the traditional business process modeling are based on the process,and it is not convenient for people related to business to mine data,extract,analyze and understand.In this paper,we apply a new way of business process modeling,which is artifact-centric(or information-centric)business process model.The artifact-centric business process model can help business people to point out how a specific business operates in a simple and intuitive way,clearly understand the life cycle of a business process,intuitive and easily analyze the data related to business activities.This paper focuses on the research of artifact-centric business process modeling.First,we introduce the dominant entity,information entities and business processes scope and other related concepts,and then based on the detailed description of these concepts,we give the definition of artifact-centric business process model.Compared to the traditional activity-centric business process model,we analyze respective characteristics of each business process model in detail,and finally we transfer the activity-centric business process model into a new artifact-centric business process model with a transformation algorithm.With the adequate theoretical research,we use a business management instance of a commercial insurance claim to illustrate how to implement an artifact-centric business process model in practical business processes,and conduct some relevant analysis.In the end of this paper,we apply the artifact-centric business process model in an actual application.After a detailed requirement analysis of the barter system,we apply the artifact-centric business process model to model the processes of product management and bart management,in order to implement the workflow model of the barter business process.
