Relatively rich reserves of coal resources in our country,but lack of such resources as oil,natural gas reserves,it's hard to meet the domestic demand.Although our country is strongly supporting and promoting the development and utilization of renewable clean energy and nuclear energy,for now,coal is still the most dependent energy of our country's economic development.In the future,China's energy security supply still needs to rely on coal,according to the statistics,by 2050,proportion of coal in our country energy structure will still be higher than 50%,therefore,the role of coal in the next few decades still can't be replaced.In recent years,because of the lower prices and declining sales,the development of coal enterprises are facing with challenge.Because coal production needs many kinds of materials,and inventory costs accounts for a quarter of the total logistics cost,for coal enterprises,strengthen the material inventory management,reduce costs and improve the economic benefit are very important.This paper studies the status of material inventory of Fuxin Mining Group Baiyinhua Energy Co.,LTD.,finds reason for high inventory,points out the shortcomings in inventory control means,and puts forward the concrete improvement measures on basis of related theories and methods in inventory management.This paper's main works are as follows: ?Analysing the status of inventory management of Fuxin Mining Group Baiyinhua Energy Co.,LTD.,finds out the problems of inventory management,and the causes of the above problems;? Using the AHP to analyses screening the influence factors of supply risk and material value,using the Kraljic matrix to reclassificate the present inventory of company,and take different inventory optimization strategy for different material;? Putting forward a security measures,starting from the two aspects of the information construction and the staff training of inventory management,and laying a good foundation for the smooth implementation of the inventory optimization scheme.Through a series of inventory optimization in the company,it effectively improves inventory management level,plays an important role in reducing costs and increasing benefits,and provides reference for other coal enterprises.
