The Research And Optimization Of Project Material Inventory In EN Company

In the fierce market competition,the material inventory cost of business operations control affects the future development of enterprises.However,because of various reasons,EN Company spends about 70 percentage of money on project materials inventory.Most of the budgetary is spent on this part of project.To improve the inventory management and solve the problem of corporate capital turnover.,these are very big issues of EN Company-In this paper,to explore the optimization of material control,traditional material inventory control methods and new methods in supply chain environment will be used together.Quantitative and qualitative analysis will be used for optimizing strategy of inventory storage.At the beginning,we will discuss the theories of material management,inventory,project material inventory etc.And EN Company will be taken as an example,we will describe the origination,situation of project material inventory,the order process and issues of material inventory management.To find the true reasons of problems based on connotation and significance of stock by analyzing these problems.Based on the methods mentioned above and material database of EN Company,optimization measures will be proposed to solve the material inventory issue.With these measures,the cash flow will be going well,the competitiveness of EN Company will be improved.
