Under the age of uncertainty, the shortcut to obtain competitive is to nurture employee's organizational commitment. Based on the review of the literature,the emotional intelligence perform different regulating effect between leadership style and organizational commitment. As the result, this article adopt the four classic dimensions of emotional intelligence as the regulating variable, and build up the model of leadership style, organizational commitment and employees' emotional intelligence, to explore the best matches between a certain emotional intelligence dimension and the leadership style. This research collected 188 valid data, through the statistical analysis, a series of meaningful conclusions are concluded: first, no matter transactional leadership or transformational leadership, these both have positive influence on organizational commitment, and transformational leadership styles influence is stronger, laissez-faire leadership style was no significant influence on employees' organizational commitment. Second, employee's ability of emotional adjustment has a compensation effect on the lower ranking of transformational leadership behavior. Third the staff showing strong empathy could promote the motive conversion form external to internal through "internal thrust'',which moderates the strength of transactional style and the weakness of transformational style; Fourth, Regardless of the different level of emotional intelligence,transformational leadership can help motive conversion by "external force" which compensates the situation of low emotional intelligence. And then this paper targeted management suggestions are put forward.
