Research On The Relationship Between The Productive Activity Level Of Entrepreneurs-Spirit And The System Quality

System plays an important role in the cultivation of entrepreneurs.Therefore,it is important to probe into the relationship between the quality of the system and the allocation level of the productive activities of entrepreneurs.On the basis of the existing research,this paper analyzes the realistic background and status quo of the development of entrepreneurial spirit,measures the level of the allocation of productive activities of entrepreneurial spirit,and deeply discusses the relationship between the quality of Chinese regional system and the distribution of productive activities of entrepreneurs The relationship between.We use the panel data of Chinese 31 provinces from 2003 to 2015 to study productive activity level of entrepreneurship,including per capita invention patent,new ventures growth rate and their comprehensive level.The results show that per capita patent have been its steadiness growth trend,but the inter regional difference is getting bigger,new venture growth rate is in the presence of the "spring effect",and the comprehensive level changes stably and decreases from coastal to inland areas.There is no positive correlation between the institutional quality and the productive activity level.The reason is that the institutional quality is still at a low level at present.Therefore,in order to enhance the productive activity level of entrepreneurship,we should make greater efforts in fighting against corruption and improving the property rights,etc.
