It connects upstream and downstream firms and even decides the enterprise's profits and losses. Therefore,it is particularly important for enterprise to have an effective purchasing management.JD Cement Limited Company is located in Ledu country, Haidong city, Qinghai province. As a traditional production-oriented enterprise, effective management can increase income and reduce expenditure. Base on this, in this paper, JD Cement Limited Company Purchasing Management which as the object of the study, firstly, it explains the concept, position and function of purchasing and purchasing management. Secondly,we analyze the problems in the purchase department. According to the calendar year purchasing and inventory data, we analyze them and find out the problems in the management,meanwhile look for a solution. The purpose of the effective management is for enhancing productivity and reducing operating costs. In the process of research,we have comprehensive analysis and summary by means of investigation of this enterprise's purchasing management. Finally, combined with the current cement industry development trend, we come up with several suggestions about the purchase management pattern and look forward to being helpful for this company's long-term development.
