Production logistic process that is defined material(includes raw material or fuel or spare parts)by transferring from one place to another after it has been packed and conveyed to production sites or warehouses.Material is transferred from one process to other process on production line presented WIP.By means of any transferring tools,it could be processed in terms of Standard Operation Process in stocking?tooling and flowing sites.Continuously,it inputs one site or process and outputs on another.During the flow,material always show itself entity mode.Actually,following the material flow,new value contained in the products has been increased and retracted by goods shipping.So,on the other hand,production logistics is called production management.Production logistics,purchase logistics and sales logistics is complex named Three Logistic process.The passage will be focus on the internal production logistics,which will involve in raw material input,output,advanced processing and waiting on production line.That combines with other logistic dimensions just like buying,transferring,stocking and dispensing etc.The passage will be based on the process of product,to improve the production logistic process and rise the productivity by analyzing primary logistic process and putting forward the failure mold to improve them.Then,it is necessary to think about the cost variety and cost down is the principle as soon as we implement the improving actions.The improvement scheme includes two points principle;the first is waste increasing in assembly process.The seven waste models that showed in "Lean Production" are all will be considered to eliminate as soon as the improvement implementing;The second,to make the best of "one production flow" is used.As the idea planning,the tack time on production line is equal to every site's cycle time,just "single flow".So,the analysis in detail on process improving,dolly setting up,moving line programming,product plan arrangement and labor force input etc.will be emphasized in the thesis.In this paper,the author puts forward five actions to improve the production logistic flow,the first is tack time improving,the math-model will be using and to help solving process arrangement problems.The second change any devices or equipments position to ensure orders producing conveniently,operators and take on and move the material swiftly.The important point at this case is the changing must keep the process flow smoothly.The third,process improving,which emphasizes the process flow could be detached or combined according to the products machining sequence.The aims to product time saving and productivity improving by means of the line's bottle-neck eliminated and gap process filled up.In another words,the production line will be total steady after the process improving.The forth is to use suitable operator to engage the product that he(she)experienced.Applying math method to get the results optimized,which is the improving action in labor force combination we preferred.The fifth,display board management optimized,the passage will discuss the cycle-applying system on display board management,which will renew material to product sites in time and also the finish goods will be send to warehouse timely.Display board management improving could tamp the idea of "pull-process" and increase the operator's enthusiasm,expedite working process and reduce tack time on line.Later,outputs will increase by using the same times that was.Eventually,the improvement will impel cost down and profit rising.Cost calculation is important contentment in the paper also.The author will describe details of production logistic cost by using operational cost method.The difference between improvement and pre-improvement instructs author to pursue the logistic cost down mostly decrease by actually practice on SG production line.The study is practiced by SG company production line,which excepts system method application by combining dimensions on product line and logistics,PDCA of quality field?IE rules?operational cost and many other trouble shooting ways used either.Maneuverability and practicability will be showed in the improvement actions that will discuss in this paper by applying these methods mentioned above.
