Multi-attribecision making(MADM)problem is mainly to solve the problem of scheduling of finite alternatives with multiple attributes.There is sometimes a conflict between an attribute and an attribute,and sometimes a relationship that can not be commensurate.Therefore,it is difficult to do that in the practice of trying to satisfy the requirements of each attribute.At the end of the 1990 s,foreign scholar Opricovic proposed a new MADM method,the VIKOR method,which is based on the ideal point method.In the traditional multi-attribute decision-making method,the attribute value and the weight value corresponding to the attribute are expressed exactly by a certain value.In practice,it can be found that many decision problems are complicated and the decision maker It is also very difficult to make a very accurate assessment of each assessment object,and decision makers often wander between several programs.In response to this question,Torra and Narukawa first proposed Hesitantfuzzysets(HFSs)in 2009,which played a strong role in describing ambiguities and uncertainties,and were more and more attention.On the hesitation fuzzy set decision-making method has been formed in the academic community a wave of research,more and more scholars to conduct in-depth study,and there are some results to be published in these published works,we can find They give the evaluation is too precise,and sometimes these accurate evaluation is difficult to accurately correspond to an object.In order to ensure the inclusion of evaluation,that can express a comprehensive assessment of the object.For the above reasons,the relevant scholars to study and put forward the interval of intuitionistic fuzzy number,it appears to solve the above problems.Although the interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers help us to solve many problems,but the relevant decision-making theory of its application in hesitation fuzzy focus,there is no more successful works appear.Therefore,this paper makes a new breakthrough in this field,and combines the intuitionistic intuitionistic ambiguity number and VIKOR method to form a new theoretical method,namely,interval intuitionistic hesitation fuzzy VIKOR multi-attribute decision making method.Finally,the article also established the corresponding model,and give the appropriate analysis.
